  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call and we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • Not at all. Many clients work with KeyPT to prevent injuries, improve movement quality, and build strength sustainably. Coaching is designed to support both performance and long-term resilience.

  • All programming is delivered through a training app, where you’ll receive workouts, instructions, and ongoing support. Depending on your service tier, you’ll also have scheduled video check-ins and messaging access to review form, adjust programming, and discuss progress.

  • Programs are tailored to the equipment you have access to! Whether that’s a full gym, home setup, or minimal equipment. This will be discussed during onboarding.
